Statiq has launched its first Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated (FOCO) electric vehicle charging station at SS Omnia, Sector 86, Gurgaon. This deployment marks Statiq’s first implementation of the FOCO model, under which franchise partners own the charging infrastructure while Statiq manages end-to-end operations, including station performance, service quality, and on-ground execution. The addition strengthens Statiq’s charging presence in Gurgaon and supports easier access to EV charging for electric vehicle users in the area.
The FOCO, or Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated, model separates ownership from operations in EV charging infrastructure.. In this setup, franchise partners own the charging assets, while the operating company manages the stations.
